What is the way for Spatially Constrained ICA
Hi experts
I want to implement Specially Constrained ICA on my resting state fMRI data. How Can I run this kind of ICA and How can I specify the main regions that I want them to be in result components? Is there any existing code, script or toolbox for this job?
