How can I add an binary extension to slicer?
Dear all, especially Lucile Bompard,

I need to run old version of SPHARM with MANCOVA.
I saw below message, and got the source of createMRML.

http://www.nitrc.org/forum/message.php?m...

It contains cmakelist and cxx files, but how can I "compile with slicer 3" in my system?

Hi June,

You have packages of Slicer back until 2011 here http://slicer.kitware.com/midas3/folder/249.
The earliest version of the package is Slicer 4.0.

We are actively working on creating new shape statistical packages and new spharm releases, however this will not be until the summer.
Thank you!

RE: How can I add an binary extension to slicer?
Hello, Beatriz,

Thank you for your reply.
What I need is the way to compile "CreateMRML" to Slicer or find compiled binary of createMRML and fit all others to it.

Is there any way to finish the pipeline with your 1.10? with slicer 3.6, which requires compiled CreateMRML in last step?
