3D animation i.e., 4D-fMRI presentation
Hi,
I am trying to present some fMRI time-series data as a 3D animation, this doesn't seem like a trivial matter.
I was wondering whether anyone as successfully animated an fMRI time-series using any of the major fMRI software packages or matlab.
To clarify, I want to overlay my significant z-stat maps onto a 3D rendered brain, and across time their colour will change across time according to their Z-score.
Thank you in advance,
Peter

Hi Peter.
I think you could try to use the "movie studio" tool of Brain Voyager. It is quite easy to use.
You just need to convert your maps into VMP files and visualize it on a mesh of a standard brain.
Hope this can help!
