Public animal MRI datasets
I'm currently looking for public animal MRI datasets like "UNC-Wisconsin Neurodevelopment Rhesus MRI Database".

I already went through all of the sites mentioned on "List of neuroscience databases" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ne...), but most of these datasets (especially for mouse or rats) are currently not available.

Thanks in advance!

RE: Public animal MRI datasets
Johannes,

The Cancer Imaging Archive will have a new Mouse Astrocytoma data set pretty soon (next week or two, I hope): http://www.cancerimagingarchive.net/.  Right now the only animal data we have is a mouse mammary data set.

Best,
Justin

project administrators to include on each of the resources. I presume that
you would have found this helpful in searching for animal data on NITRC?
Are there particular species your interested in?

There is some vervet and other monkey data types available as well, but you
have to poke around the data search results to discover these...

I've been searching NITRC for 'monkey', 'macaque', 'rat' and 'mouse'. However, most of the entries I found were atlas volumes.
A species keyword would be indeed helpful! Currently, I'm particularly interested in mouse or rat datatsets.

The previously mentioned mouse astrocytoma data set is now available on TCIA: https://doi.org/10.7937/K9TCIA.2017.SGW7CAQW.
