Hello,

I have volume files (nii file format) in which the values range from -1.7 to 1.7 in 116 ROIs.
I have tried to display the file, but the volume data range can only be set to start at 1.
Therefore, my values under 1 are not seen in the image.
As I know, the volume data can be displayed in the range of 1 to 255.
Then, how can I display the negative values?

I have already read the volume section in the manual, but I couldn't find a satisfying answer.
This may be because I am not yet familiar with the program or missed something simple. 

Could you please explain how to deal with values under 1?

Hi Eusong, 

I'm not fully understand your question, do you want to adjust the range of colormap for volume-to-surface mapping? This can be freely input in the volume panel (both positive and negative values).
