Dear prof. Andrew, 

I am trying to apply NBS to see the difference between the two groups and my design matirx file is attached and contrast I typed as [-1,1] in the NBS GUI but unfortunately I am stuck with this error and cant figure out what exactly is wrong. Your suggestion would be really helpful.

Hi Nabin, the design matrix and contrast look ok. Try getting the example dataset working and seeing what differs between the example and your dataset. Often this is just due to different formatting of a text file between PC and Mac. Try on PC.
