I have successfully run SPHARM-PDM on Slicer, and now looking for options to do statistical analysis. I cannot find the actual package of shapeAnalysisMANCOVA mentioned on the wiki page. So I tried StatNonParamTestPDM executable, but keep getting 'Segmentation fault: 11'. Anyone has any suggestion for me?

ShapeAnalysisMANCOVA was deprecated a while back, since we are developing an improved shape statistical package in SlicerSALT. For a legacy version of shapeAnalysisMANCOVA, you can download the spharm-pdm_v1.12_linux64 package that has binary versions of the commanline modules included.
