I would like to convert a nifti (*.nii) mask to DICOM. I did not find any tool that can help. Any suggestions? any Matlab script?

You can use dcm2nii program.
It's  quite easy to use and fast.
I have used the program for all of my study.

Conversion from NIFTI to DICOM format is bit easy. You can just do what David, Lee and Ramesh said.

The final option may be to do it by yourself in Matlab, maybe using the readnifti (attached) and the dicomwrite commands.
