Problem with image stack reading by Vaa3D
Dear sir,
I am unable to visualize an image stack properly in Vaa3D. It is unable to register the projections of the neurons through the 3D space. All it sees is the 2D image from the first slice. Is there a possible reason for this problem?
Thanks a lot for your help.

In 3D view window, please press Alt + V, and then uncheck "GLSL
shader" option.

Thanks for your reply. Sorry, I still got a problem. Even
after pressing Alt + V, and unchecking "GLSL shader" option,
still only the first slice is shown in the 3D viewer. Also, I could
not trace the neurons with the App1 because Vaa3D can only see the
first slice (which doesn't contain any neurons)...

In this way, you may have to use other software(e.g. Fiji) to
save the image as v3draw format and the open it in Vaa3D . Or save
the image as 2D Image Sequence, and then use Vaa3D to import saved
2D image sequence.
