Single subject ICA results clustering
Hi everyone
I have 2 groups ADHD and Control resting state fMRI. After preprocessing I run single subject ICA for each individual. Since ICA doesn't retain the amplitude and direction, what is the proper solution for clustering all of these components just with their unmixing matrix or time courses?
