Apologies for the very simple question (I am very new to matlab). I am interested in using the GTG Toolbox to calculate graph properties of structural networks. I've obtained connectivity matrices for each of my participants with FA values as edge weights; these are in .txt format (one .txt file for each subject). Is there an easy way in which I can save all of these .txt files as .mat files and then concatenate these matrices into a 3D matrix? Thank you so much for your help! Best,
