Hi,

I manage to load all my structural images, but when I try to load EPIs I have some errors. I converted it because I had 4D files and CONN did not read it. Now is unpredictable, I can load some of them and suddenly I get the following error:
ERROR DESCRIPTION:

Error using conn_menu>conn_spm_read_vols (line 1032)
Error reading file C:\[...path where I have the files]001.nii. File may have been modified or relocated. Please load file again

I did not remove or modify any of my files.

When I close CONN and restart MATLAB sometime sometimes it works but some minutes later the same message reappear...

I am using CONN 17.f, MATLAB 2015b, and a Windows 32bits 4GB RAM

Hi,
We figured out it's a file size issue. We have a resting file with4.2 GB. It seems that file over 2 GB can bring problems. i would like to ask whether there's a better solution than resample the file, because I'd like to keep my voxel size?
