How to exclude ROIs outside mask using FSL?
Hi,
I have created the a mask for an fmri analysis.
I have loaded the mask and ROIs in to the FSL.
Few ROIs are outside the mask.
How can I find the ROIs that are outside the mask?
weather 3dbrikinfo works for this?
