CAT12 Longitudinal Results
Hi there,

I've been running into some trouble with the CAT12 longitudinal results for detecting structural changes across time. I ran the analyses and compared two active treatments over two time points, and although the analyses appear to run without any (apparent) errors, the outputted results are peculiar to say the least.

The findings indicate that the treatments decreased the size of several brain structures and produced no increases anywhere else. This sort of finding is unheard of in the psychotherapy literature, and I'm wondering where my scripts may have gone wrong. Would anyone happen to have any insight into this matter? (See attached for the second-level analyses script).

I'm using MATLAB 2015, SPM12, and the CAT12 toolbox.

Thanks in advance,
Phil
