I was trying to run different neuron tracing algorithms on some image stacks. Some algorithms necessarily require parameters and I could not find documentation about setting their parameters or author-specified set of default parameters (for example Advantra). Are the parameter sets for neuron tracing algorithms used for BigNeuron available? How could I access them?

Different neuron images may need different sets of parameters. The default parameter setting of tracing plugin in Vaa3D is the optimal in general. You can always try different settings by yourself to obtain better results for your own data.
