PANDA visual atlas
Hello,
Can anyone direct me to a visual atlas defining the tracts and labels that are output from PANDA? I would like to see the connected regions that data gets pulled from. Thank you!

Hi,
Sorry to reply so late.
The atlas image is located in the 'data/atlases/rICBM_DTI' fold of PANDA folder.
The label atlas is rICBM_DTI_81_WMPM_FMRIB58.nii.gz.
The tract atlas is JHU_***.nii.gz
