I am interested in using AutoSeg for my work so I downloaded AutoSeg_3.3.1_MacOS.
However, i could not find any instruction on how to install and get AutoSeg to run on MacOS.
Can you help me with the installation?

We mainly support the linux binaries, but the Mac should work. The binaries are though not usual Mac-OS apps, but rather binaries that you need to call through the terminal, just the way one would use it on linux.

For that 
a) open Terminal
b) cd
c) set AUTOSEG_HOME environment variable to that directory:
export AUTOSEG_HOME=
d) ./AutoSeg -gui
