How to Generate StructuralConnectivity Matrix
Hello, I'm currently working on processing DTI data to
generate structural and functional connectivity matrices for graph
metric analyses.
Using FSL, I know how to generate FA maps and generate DTI tracks using TBSS commands.
I know that in order to create structural connectivity matrices (of the human brain), you need to use both the generated DTI tract data and the ROI structural parcellation data. (as I've found from several papers)
However, I don't know how to implement this step in FSL. It is impractical to construct connectivity matrices manually by counting the number of tracts for each pair of nodes (as there are dozens or hundreds of ROIs!). As far as I've tried to find related papers regarding this step, none of them showed concrete methodologies.
Thanks for reading.
