Hi,

I have a design where I have two measures per subject. At each measure, I have the variable x that  I am interested in, like this:
Subject 1, scan 1, x=23
Subject 1, scan 2, x=14
Subject 2, scan 1, x = 9
Subject 2, scan 2, x=21
....

I am interested in the impact of x, but I am not sure how to set up such an analysis
