I'd like to use the network cortical rois (release 17.f) in ROI-to-ROI analysis. The network.nii file looks like a 4D file including 32 volume ROIs. When loading the file in the setup (\roi tab) a 32-files file is mentioned. At the same time only 1 file has been assigned to all of my subjects and in the viewer I see only one region. Is that a visualization issue ? if not how do I upload properly these ROIs ?
