I am trying to use MVPA as additional feature in a pre-post treatment study for predicting responder and non-responder.

I have done the MVPA and post-hoc analysis, identifying eight clusters.

I want to use the initial MVPA connectivity results in these eight clusters as one of the features. 

Q1: Where Can I find the seed-voxel connectivity of pre-treatment ?

Q2: If i find the eight MVPA connectivity of pre-treatment, how should I use the eight values? Mean or PCA?
