Atlases?confusion Manual/papers vs. Forum :)
Hi Joaquim and all the people behind the SDM Project,

Thanks a lot for this wonderful Program.

I am facing with a problem: in the papers you have cited you have reported TAL coordinates. For instance the paper, "Voxel-wise meta-analysis of grey matter
changes in obsessive–compulsive disorder". What I understood from this paper and the SDM Manual is that the program transforms automatically the MNI coordinates into TAL coordinates. But, then I have read in the forum you reported MNI space and that any atlas handling MNI space can be used.

This is important for us because we are using FSL to do binary calculations with these images and we need the regions from the final output images to be comparable to the initial output we get from SDM. Also, to report the SDM coordinates. :)

Many thanks,

Leidy.

Dear Leidy

Early versions of SDM used the Talairach space, but few years ago we changed to MNI space.

Thus, output from SDM is now in MNI space.

With the best wishes,

Joaquim
