Question about second level covariate
Hello
I am having some difficulty with interpreting results.
I have age as a second level covariate in the model. The task has two conditions.
At the second level analyses stage, I am interested in ROI-to-ROI effects for the two conditions and have set their weighting as (1 -1). The weighting for the covariate is also 1. This create a folder structure /age/condiiton A(1)condition B(1)/.
My question is : are positive findings observed those connections that increase with age in condition A? If not, then what would you interpret positive findings as?
