Coordinates displayed in the upper toolbar
Hello,
It is unclear to me what coordinate system is used in MRIcron's upper toolbar (version 2may2016). These positive-only values are clearly not in MNI. One can get the MNI coordinates displayed in the image when ToggleCrosshairs is enabled, and these can be entered by using the View|MNI Coordinates window. So what do the toolbar coordinates represent then?
