Reading data from NIRO200 (Hamamatsu) device
Hi!
I am facing the same struggles as Bahareh, only that I am working with a NIRO200 device, a two optode system that also already converts the light intensity values to HbO and HHb concentrations . I know that with the previous SPM-fNIRS toolbox it was possible to use a "system configuation" option and simply select the NIRO200, but how does it work with the newest SPM for fNIRS toolbox? How can NIRO200 data be read?
Thank you in advance!
Cheers,
Wiebke

Hi Wiebke,
I think that the script I sent Bahareh might work for you too, with some modifications.
Could you send me an example data file?
Thanks,
Sagi

Hi Wiebke,
I modified my script a little to fit NIRO200 file format (see attached).
Hopefully, this will work for you.
Cheers,
Sagi
