Design matrix one-way ANOVA within subjects
Hello,
I'm trying to compute connectivity analysis with one-way ANOVA repeated measures within subjects.
I have in my study design three memory conditions, and each subjects is exposed to each memory condition. I would like to see if there is a difference between the three conditions within subjects, so I created my design matrix.
subject 1 1 0 0
0 1 0
0 0 1
so, considering that I have 17 subjects I will repeat the matrix above 17 times until I'll have a matrix with 51 rows and 3 colums.It is correct?
Because when I put the design matrix in NBS I have an error, it says: design matrix not found or inconsistent.
