I notice that the session comparision between sessions was a paired test, and it is usually applied to comparision between two conditions in one group.

However, there are two groups in my study. How can I conduct the group differences? Do the ISC-toolbox support the comparision between groups?

Besides, the User Guide told us that the ISC matrices can be used for customized analyses outside the ISC toolbox, could you give me some advice?
