Dear experts

I have few questions regarding the pre_precessing steps with four independent groups of subjects with conn FC toolbox.

We are going to process rsfMRI data (A total of 140+ subjects, four independent group of subjects, single session).

1. How to assign the group A, group B, group C, and group D properly?
2. Would it possible to process all the subjects at once from the default_pipeline?
