I have some questions regarding SPM12 and SPM8,

we use the same preprocessing procedure in SPM8 and SPM12(slice timing, Realignment, Coregister, Segment, Normalise , Smooth) ,and using Resting-State fMRI Data Analysis Toolkit(REST) to detrend、noise removal、filter、define the mask option (we use no mask)...，but the outcome of matrix is different and the matrix from SPM12 has NaN( showed in the txt file),we can't find where goes wrong,hope someone can help us to solve this problem or tell what  we can try?
