Good evening,

I have a binary correlation matrix that I am using to calculate connectivity metrics. The BCT scripts worked well with characteristic path length, cluster coefficient and degree, and it works also with the betweenness, with the only problem that my output vector is all 0s. I don't think my networks has 0 connections for all the nodes, and I don't know if the problem is my input matrix, or which parameter I should change.

Please, any help out there?
