Combine images by coodinate?
Dear Dr Joaquim Radua,

From this Fourums, I understand how to include mutliple contrasts https://www.nitrc.org/forum/forum.php?th...

If  I choose to combine the multiple contrasts of the study in a single contrast, because I do not have the original T map.
I try to recreate T-map(eg,. t_Chun2015A.nii.gz, t_Chun2015B.nii.gz) by each contrasts .txt in preprocessing stage. And combing the 2 images, but the SDM software have any feedback.

Dose that mean, the combine images function just use in original T map?
log:
Launched: sdm t_Chun2015.nii.gz = combine 0.3, D:/0self/04going/meta-analysis/SDMTEST/1130conrast_all/t_Chun2015A.nii.gz, D:/0self/04going/meta-analysis/SDMTEST/1130conrast_all/t_Chun2015B.nii.gz

RE: Combine images by coodinate?
Dear Hui,

I understand that you correctly recreated the t-maps for Chun2015A and Chun2015B, and combined them obtaining Chun2015. That was it! Now, you should conduct a meta-analysis including Chun2015 but neither Chun2015A nor Chun2015B.

Hope this helps,

Joaquim
