Variable event duration
Hi all,
I am wondering how to set a variable duration of the events, such that the duration of a condition changing within a run.
The tutorial proposes fixed durations for all the runs :

AnaDef.Subj{cSubj}.Onsets = {'onsets1.txt','onsets2.txt','onsets3.txt','onsets4.txt','onsets5.txt','onsets6.txt','onsets7.txt'};
AnaDef.Subj{cSubj}.Duration = [1.25 1.25 1.25 1.25 1.25];

Should I set an array with all durations for each run ?

Thanks in advance.

RE: Variable event duration
Dear Martin,

I have the same question about setting event durations which are different for each trial within each run. Is there a way to deal with it in the current version?

Anyway, looking forward to the new release.

Thank you very much.

RE: Variable event duration
Dear Martin

I am also very interested in applying BASO to my data which contains variable duration for each events in the task.
If I may ask, would the new version be released soon?

If not, any suggestions of changing the current BASCO codes to deal with this?

Thank you very much!

Best wishes,
Chen-Chia
