DENOISING QUALITY DATA
Hello,
I would like having an opinion on the quality of my data. I've attached a screenshot and I've just started to use a new scanner (Simmens, 1.5 T) and the data look like really noisy (bottom) compared to other resting state acquired with an other scanner (Phillips 1.5 T)(top). I mean the Gaussian showing the data after denoising report a bad SNR. Please any tips?
Thanks in advance
