NaN values during ROI-to-ROI analysis
Greetings!
When doing a ROI-to-ROI analysis and looking into the graph theory and extracting the values, I find that some of my networks (specifically, the DMN, DA, FP, visual, and language networks, salience network was the only Conn-created network that worked) display the same values for all participants and NaN for some.
