Dear Conn-ers,

I am new to Conn toolbox. I am trying to get familiar with it by using HCP data-set and now I have some question.
As HCP dataset provide us with 6 motion parameters and their derivatives (totally 12) in a .txt file, is that correct to set 12 motion file and then during the Denoising phase do not add first order derivatives since they were included once?

Dear Boshra,

I would say that you are correct, and that you can either use the 12 parameters from the HCP dataset and remove the derivatives, or use only the 6 parameters without derivatives and then enable CONN calculation of derivatives, both should lead to the same results.
