Hello,

I have done initial preprocessing of my resting state data in AFNI and plan to do the denoising and first levels using conn. With respect to censoring of images, I have a text file with a column of 1s and 0s, with the 0s indicating the volumes that need to be censored. Will a column of ones and 0s be properly read by conn or do I need to have it in a particular format? I also have a text file with columns indicating the demeaned motion values as well as a text file of motion derivatives. I plan to add these as first level covariates as well.
