for some of my subjects I had to load the first-Level covariates (QA_timeseries and srubbing files) manually, because it was somehow not attached.
Now I managed to add for each subject the art_regression_timeseries_au... and the art_regression_outliers_au... files correctly.
 
However, for these manually added subjects, the values in the QA_validScans, QA_invalidScans, and all others ... (in covariates 2nd-level) don´t appear (see e.g. the screenshot).
 
Is there a way to upload these Information afterwards?

Dear Theresa,

Unfortunately, I am not sure this is possible, I think the QA_ValidScans, QA_InvalidScans as well as a few other QA variables are only generated when ART is run via CONN.

However what you can do is that you can run again only the ART preprocessing step via CONN, which will take some time but hopefully not that much, and will generate all the associated QA variables.
