different voxel sizes
Hi there,
I am using original group maps for a meta-analysis, but I am not clear how different group maps are merged if they have different voxel sizes. Also, can I ask why the default cluster size is >10 please?

Dear Rob,
the maps are first "registered" to the SDM template, and thus all have the same dimensions and voxel sizes.
You can change the minimum cluster size or any other threshold parameter ;-)
