Tensor estimation in PANDA: WLLS or OLLS?
Dear all,
First, I would like to congratulate the creators for this very useful tool, especially the parallelizing feature for quick processing.
In FSL's DTIFIT tool, we can choose between the standard Ordinary Linear Least Squares (OLLS) and the Weighted Linear Least Squares (WLLS), which has been shown to be more accurate than the first one (Veraart et al. 2013). I wonder which one is implemented by PANDA during tensor estimation.
Kind regards from Brazil,

RE: Tensor estimation in PANDA: WLLS or OLLS?
Hi Joselisa,

We used the default parameters, we did not add '-w' in the command. So, I guess the standard ordinary Linear Least Squares (OLLS) was used.
