ICA variability calculation method
Hi Alfonso,
Just wondering what method is implemented by Conn to calculate the temporal variability of the BOLD timeseries for each component in ICA?
I am hoping to apply the same method to calculate the variability in the BOLD timeseries for each of my ROIs.
Thanks,
Phoebe

Hi there, also following up on this as I would like to report this
method in my manuscript.
Thanks

I was also not able to find the answer to this. I am going to
assume it's the SD of the BOLD signal? Alfonso please confirm.

RE: ICA variability calculation method
right, simply the standard deviation
of each network BOLD timeseries (weighted to only include scans
within each condition if applicable)
