Problem with visGUI
Hi,
I've run a simple ISC analysis (no phase mapping and no time window) on 79x95x79 images.
I am trying to visualise the results via the visGUI (am using the developer subversion).
However, whenever I try to load the results it first asks for the Harvard-Oxford atlas, and then when I specify the folder it still does not display anything and gives the error:
Error using load_nii_hdr (line 39)
Cannot find file '.hdr'.
How can I solve this?
Btw, I am using the latest version of the toolbox because the previous version crashes every time I try to use the visGUI.
Thanks :)

RE: Problem with visGUI
Hello,
I had the exact same problem with versions 2 or more. The solution is to reopen your params file in the original ISCanalysis toolbox, the visGUI works there
