questions about PPI results
Dear experts,
I have 2 conditions A and B.
For the PPIs of each subject I used this contrast: A>B (1 -1).
Then I performed one sample t-test on the PPIs of each subjects.
When the p value was set to 0.01 (uncorrected), i found the activation of TPJ.
However, the activation of TPJ was not observed at p<0.001 and p<0.005.
It seems that the activation of TPJ could only be observed at p<0.01 and it cannot been corrected

If i am interested in TPJ , should i report it and investigate it in further DCM analysis??
In addition, i want to know whether the PPI analysis must be done before DCM analysis.

Thank you in advance,
yang li

RE: questions about PPI results
gPPI and DCM are very different analyses. Either can be done and there is no requirement to do both or do one before the other.

If it can't be corrected, then its not significant. Can you correct it based on cluster size?

If you want to say something more general about the connectivity in the brain, you might be able to apply the approach done in:
