too many significant results for gppi analysis
hey, gPPI professors.
I just encountered with a problem that two of my seed regions brought to me a lot of significant target regions, among which some got as large as 1000 voxels. but results for other seed regions are quite normal. is this rational?
hope someone can show me the reason and possible causes.
attached is the flexible model with drug by gender by type interaction results.
My best,
katrisa

RE: too many significant results for gppi analysis
I think it depends on your task and
seed region. If the seed region has strong modulation with an
entire brain network, then this could be possible.
