When I am doing some network analyses with Gretna, sometimes this message appears 
Warning: File not found or permission denied
> In psom_pipeline_process>sub_clean_job (line 797)
In psom_pipeline_process (line 482)
In psom_run_pipeline (line 417)
In gretna_GUI_NetAnalysisInterface>RunBtn_Callback (line 853)
In gui_mainfcn (line 95)
In gretna_GUI_NetAnalysisInterface (line 42)
In matlab.graphics.internal.figfile.FigFile/read>@(hObject,eventdata)gretna_GUI_NetAnalysisInterface('RunBtn_Callback',hObject,eventdata,guidata(hObject))

But apparently in the folders all the documents are appearing ok

What is the meaning of that? Is possible that is not saving some data?

Hi, it looks like you do not have the permission to read or write file in
the folder you select, you could try to check the input/output folder.

I'm new to Gretna and I was encounterd with the same problem as you did.
Have you solved this problem?If so, what was the cause?
