I am working with Multiband fMRI data and I am just trying to figure out where in my preprocessing pipeline things have gone awry, or whether I've done things incorrectly on CONN.

I converted the DICOMs to Nifti using a bash script with mricron's dcm2nii function, creating 4D volumes. I preprocessed using SPM with a script that has worked for all the other fMRI images before... images that I have used for CONN analyses.

Would anyone know why CONN only sees one time-point in my functional images? All the other preprocessing steps are methods I've used for previous fMRI studies (but not with Multiband data). Could this be a conversion problem or something with CONN?
