How to define the F-contrast?
Hi Sungho:
Thanks for you great toolbox.
I am the beginner of fnirs. With my own research design, there is one between subject factor(male and female) and one within subject factor(CondA1, CondA2 and CondA3).

My first question is how to process the contrast of 1st level?
With the manual, I try those process with my data in 1st level:
In F-contrast, the contrast weights vector were :
1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
0 0 0 1 0 0 0 0 0 0
0 0 0 0 0 0 1 0 0 0
(see Fig1)
Are the contrast weights vector correct for my data?

My second question is how to do the group analysis of 2nd level?
As you mentioned previous,there will be MAT files which named like con_0001.mat (https://www.nitrc.org/forum/forum.php?th...)
I got some MAT file, the spmF_0001.mat ans others such as Vbeta.mat, Vcorr.mat ans so on.
Should I take the spmF_0001.mat to finish the group analysis?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
