Hello there!

I downloaded the Vaa3d plugin Version 3.2 for MacOS.

However, I am unsure about how I use the plugins, as it says none are available when I click the toolbar. I specifically would like to use the Neuron Tracer function where I can save the traced neuron as an swc file.

What are the steps to go about doing this, and is there anything else I need to download?

Open "Vaa3D" --> Load a 3D image stack --> click "Plug-In" --> "neuron_tracing" (you can try any plugins under this menu)
