problem with specific subjects in ABIDE2 after preprocessing
Hi
I preprocessed subjects from ABIDE 2 using CPAC
I have 3 subjects which visual inspection found co-registration from mean functional to the anatomical scan have failed - the alignment is not appropriate.
these are the subjects :
IU_29564
UM_30229
UM_30237
In addition all subjetcs from STANFORD resulted in a black image after bandpass filter.
Were there any known problems withs these subjects?
