Subject Effects setting on second-level analysis step through CONN
Hello

This is Faezeh a research assistant working at the University of Florida particularly research on Aging. Here we are working on a project using CONN for measuring resting state connectivity. As I am a beginner in CONN, I've had a question about how I should adjust the covariates on the second-level analysis step. In case of I have one main covariate MOCA test, and want to have control on outliers by QA_MaxMotion and QA_GCOR, how I should manipulate with the setting for these four variables?:
-All Subjects
-QA_MaxMotion
-QA_GCOR
-MOCA

And whether or not this is necessary to use the QA_MaxMotion and QA_GCOR?

Any help or clarification about subject effects setting would be appreciated. Thanks
