Hello everybody. Is it possible to run second-level analysis separately from pre-processing steps?
Because I have limited computational capacity, I would like to run preprocessing to each subject separately and the to start second level analysis with all subjects (20). If so, how can I do this?
What about distributed processing? I have a MAC equipped with 2 x 2.26 GHz Quad Core Intel Xeon. With distributed processing is possible with this hardare to run parallel processing?
